Our much adored, “OH MY GOSH WOW” Christmas feast. Perfect for a big winter buffet style event.
Spit-roasted lamb, rolled turkey breast with cranberry stuffing and rolled pork loin with apricot and pistachio stuffing heading the menu. Our locally and ethically sourced meats are hearty WINNERS!
Accompanied by Jap pumpkin and baby carrots sprinkled with nigella seed, thyme and honey dressing and salads of roasted fennel, parsnips, pink lady apple galettes with hazelnuts and gorgonzola, lentils with boiled organic eggs and black truffle.
For desserts we presented delights such as carrot cake with Cointreau and orange icing, pears poached in mulled wine with cranberries, hazelnut and quince frangipane tart served with orange marmalade to mention a few.
