This milestone birthday was a sumptuous, “OH MY GOSH WOW ” event.
Kicking off with a cold seafood platter accompanied by Gazpacho granita, Sriracha aioli, roasted seaweed butter and Yuzu mayonnaise. Our fine fare continued with wood fired sword fish with smoked cherry tomato & borlotti beans and wood roasted duck with beetroots & english spinach. Dessert was chocolate gateau with cherries & berries and tropical fruit salad with mango ice cream and Muscat de Baume de Venice granita.
Table settings and deco sourced locally by us – made the mark for a perfect home event.
